Even though you can buy a range of ready-made plant-based Christmas desserts at the supermarket, it’s always satisfying to make something from scratch. Here are five amazing recipes perfect for the big finale to your Christmas meal.

Spiced Orange Christmas Pud  

A different take on the classic Christmas pudding, this one uses zesty oranges and lots of spice. 

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Rich and indulgent, this sticky toffee pudding is packed with spices with a yummy toffee sauce. 

Strawberry Cheesecake 

This decadent cheese cake uses a mix of dates, macadamia nuts and desiccated coconuts for the base and strawberries, cashew and coconut for the creamy filling.  

Gingerbread trifle  

Layers of gingerbread, sponge, custard, fresh fruit and whipped coconut cream – this trifle looks as much fun to make as it is to eat! 

Chocolate and Vanilla Mousse 

For something a little lighter, try these chocolate and vanilla mousses with Lotus biscuit crumb (you can swap the vanilla for brandy if you want a bit more punch!).
