Ingredients
Half a dozen strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
200g plant-based yogurt (vanilla or plain)
75ml oat milk (or any plant-based milk)
4/5 ice cubes
1 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Method
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend away to fruity, smoothie goodness. Pour, serve and you're finished.
