Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
1 tbsp turmeric
½ tin chickpeas
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup popcorn
Soy sauce to garnish
Strawberries and grapes on the side
Instructions
- Mix rice and water with turmeric and cook to instructions.
- Add rice to serving dish.
- Add chickpeas, popcorn and peanut butter.
- Garnish with soy sauce to taste.
